Bracco took on a recently vacated unit in Warwick and brought in Cube 21 to turn it into a working facility. The project began with a part strip out of the existing space, clearing the way for a full programme of construction and fit out.

Inside the empty warehouse, we built a new workshop and a clean room, along with a new kitchen and a full refurbishment of the toilets, including the addition of a new shower. The services scope covered air conditioning and all associated duct work, together with the complete electrical installation.

With the space built and serviced, we supplied and installed new furniture throughout, handing over a complete, ready-to-use facility. Delivering the construction, the services, and the furniture under one contract meant Bracco had a single team accountable for the whole conversion.
