THE BEGGINING
Our story
It began the way family businesses often do: with years of hands-on trade experience and one recurring frustration. Fit-out projects kept going wrong for reasons that had nothing to do with the building work, and everything to do with too many separate contractors and nobody owning the result.
Growing up
building the business
In the years since, the business grew from that early work into a firm that self-delivers the core of every project; design, plumbing, heating, joinery, ceilings, flooring, and furniture and manages a small circle of trusted specialist partners for air conditioning and electrical. Bringing the work under one roof was deliberate. It is what lets us commit to a programme and a price, and stand behind the finished space.

we are now
From our base near Oxford, at Chiselhampton, we deliver office and laboratory projects across Oxfordshire and the rest of the UK, for clients that include the NHS, Oxford City Council, and Oxford United. More than fifteen years on from that first year, the model has not changed: do the core of the work ourselves, manage the rest closely, and answer for all of it.
