Faringdon Academy already had an existing common room, but it was in need of a good refurbishment to be able to accommodate greater student numbers and provide them with a modern contemporary environment to relax in.

The new space reflects the needs of modern students in our technological world, with state of the art facilities that are the envy of many.

Alongside the Common room, Cube21 also carried out a full refurbishment of the staff room at the same time – adding to the work load, but giving staff a more relaxed, comfortable environment upon project completion.

The work was carried out over the summer break and completed in time for the exam results being handed out to the new sixth-formers.

Works included new suspended ceilings, new lighting, vinyl floor coverings, decoration, furniture, kitchens and three fantastic visual wall arts!
