When JA Kemp opened a new office in Cambridge, they contracted Cube 21 on a full design and install package. They had acquired an empty space, and needed a single team to take it all the way through to a finished, working office.

We designed the whole space and fitted it out from the ground up. The scope covered the electrical installation, air conditioning, partitioning, and flooring, everything needed to turn an empty unit into a functioning office environment.

Once the space was built and serviced, we installed the furniture throughout, completing the office ready for the JA Kemp team to move in. From the first design through to the final fit, the project was delivered by one team under one point of contact.
