Velocys partnered with Cube 21 to design and deliver their new UK headquarters as a single, end-to-end project. They came to us with an empty space and a clear brief: create a headquarters that worked for the whole business, and move them into it.

We took the space from shell to finished workplace; designing the layout, carrying out the full fit out, and supplying and installing the furniture throughout. With one team handling the entire scope, Velocys had a single point of contact from the first design through to the day they moved in.

We also managed the relocation from their previous premises, so the move into the new headquarters was handled as part of the same project rather than left for the client to coordinate. The result is a headquarters delivered complete, ready for Velocys to walk in and get to work.
